Rising Star Agent: Brand new agents less than 1 years experience less than 6 sales. 

  • Less than 1 year experience with less than 6 or no sales experience
  • 1st deal: 50%
  • 2nd deal: 55%
  • 3rd deal:60%
  • 4th deal: 65%
  • 5th deal: 70%
  • 6th deal: 75%
  • Support Program: Agents receive full broker support and weekly consultation including training in all aspects of sales.  
  • No Transaction Fee required 
  • Can sponsor agents and revenue share.  
  • Can be sponsored but the sponsor will not receive revenue share until the agent has moved from rising star to virtuoso status.   
  • Monthly Fee: $50 or $500 annually for all agents.
